On April 7^th, 2023, the Art Institute of the Orient, in cooperation with the French General Consulate in Guangzhou and the French Embassy in China, had the great honor to welcome the French President Emmanuel Macron to its premises.

2023年4月7日，东方荟萃艺术学院与法国驻华大使馆及法国驻广州总领事馆携手与共，不胜荣幸，喜迎法国总统埃马纽埃尔·马克龙莅临到访东方荟萃艺术学院。

At the end of the meetings, we had the privilege of discussing with him, when the Director of the Institute, Valentine Denizeau, offered him the dedicated book on the history and restoration of the building. The President showed interest and asked questions about the history of the Institute from which he seemed to enjoy the majesty and the historical aura.

总统会面结束后，东方荟萃艺术学院执行董事华伦丁博士获特许与总统先生会话。华伦丁博士代表东方荟萃艺术学院创始人黄崇琼女士向总统先生敬赠专为学院所在楼宇的历史和保育过程而撰写的书。总统先生非常高兴地接受了赠书，并询问了关于这栋楼宇历史的一些问题，言语间无不流露出对这栋非凡楼宇的欣赏。

To prepare for this visit, the entire AIO team was mobilized, in order to welcome the French President in the best conditions in terms of security, confidentiality and comfort: arrangement of meeting, working and resting rooms on the second floor of the institute, floral decoration prepared by the founder of the AIO Mrs. Dorothy Wong, catering service provided by the highly professional team of the Garden Hotel.

为了这次的总统访问，东方荟萃艺术学院全员行动，全力以赴，在安保、保密和环境等方面与各方精干力量紧密配合，精心布置场所二楼会议室、工作间和休息室。黄崇琼女士亲自带领花艺团队，布置花艺；花园酒店专业团队提供五星级配餐服务。真可谓万无一失，无可挑剔！
