Handed over to the Chinese government in the\u00a0early 1950\u2019s, it was used as offices and\u00a0warehouses by successive tenants who left it in\u00a0poor condition. In 2017, the\u00a0Utahloy\u00a0Education\u00a0Foundation\u00a0took over the building with the\u00a0mission of restoring it to its former glory and\u00a0developing an adaptive reuse for educational\u00a0purpose in the field of Arts.\u00a0\u200b<\/strong><\/p>\n

Resorting to various architects and art professors\u00a0from Guangzhou University, the restoration took\u00a0five years with full respect for its historical design,\u00a0materials and features. By spring 2022, the Art\u00a0Institute of the Orient opened to pursue its\u00a0mission and become an educational institution in\u00a0the field of Arts.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u8fd9\u5ea7\u5efa\u7b51\u4e8e<\/strong>1950<\/strong>\u5e74\u521d\u79fb\u4ea4\u7ed9\u4e2d\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\uff0c\u540e\u88ab\u5386\u4efb\u79df\u6237\u7528\u4f5c\u529e\u516c\u5ba4\u548c\u4ed3\u5e93\uff0c\u5bfc\u81f4\u5efa\u7b51\u72b6\u51b5\u582a\u5fe7\u3002<\/strong>2017<\/strong>\u5e74\uff0c\u8a89\u5fb7\u83b1\u6559\u80b2\u673a\u6784\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u79df\u7528\u4e86\u8fd9\u5ea7\u5efa\u7b51\uff0c\u5176\u4f7f\u547d\u662f\u6062\u590d\u5efa\u7b51\u6614\u65e5\u7684\u8f89\u714c\uff0c\u5e76\u5c06\u5176\u6539\u9020\u518d\u5229\u7528\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u7528\u4e8e\u827a\u672f\u6559\u80b2\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u5728\u5e7f\u5dde\u5927\u5b66\u591a\u4f4d\u5efa\u7b51\u6559\u6388\u548c\u827a\u672f\u6559\u6388\u7684\u6307\u5bfc\u4e0b\uff0c\u5728\u5145\u5206\u5c0a\u91cd\u5386\u53f2\u8bbe\u8ba1\u3001\u6750\u6599\u548c\u7279\u8272\u7684\u57fa\u7840\u4e0a\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u7528\u4e94\u5e74\u65f6\u95f4\u5b8c\u6210\u4e86\u4fee\u590d\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002<\/strong>2022<\/strong>\u5e74\u6625\uff0c\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e00\u6240\u827a\u672f\u6559\u80b2\u673a\u6784\uff0c\u4e1c\u65b9\u835f\u8403\u827a\u672f\u5b66\u9662\u6b63\u5f0f\u5f00\u59cb\u8fd0\u8425\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
