A Heritage Building \u6587\u7269\u5efa\u7b51<\/span><\/h3><\/div>
<\/div><\/div>[vc_column_text]The building itself, built in 1914, is a notable\u00a0example of Beaux-Arts architecture combining\u00a0classical features such as symmetry, flat roof,\u00a0pilasters and pediments, and new materials and\u00a0construction technics such as reinforced concrete.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u200b\u200b<\/strong><\/p>\n

Noble materials were used to make it elegant and\u00a0functional: glass doors, hardwood windows\u2019 frames,\u00a0colored ceramic tiles with geometrical pattern on\u00a0the ground floor, a monumental grand staircase\u00a0with a black iron balustrade, hard wood floors and\u00a0vast terrasse in the upper floors and more than sixty\u00a0fireplaces ornamented with hardwood\u00a0 and mosaic\u00a0chimney frames.\u00a0\u00a0\u200b<\/strong><\/p>\n

It was built by an Australian-American firm of\u00a0architects well-known in\u00a0Shamian\u00a0(Purnell & Paget)\u00a0as the command of a Parsi investor, Sir\u00a0Bomanjee,\u00a0who gave his name to the building.\u00a0 Today, engraved\u00a0on a wooden panel at the main entry gate, one can\u00a0still read: \u201cBomanjee\u00a0Building\u201d. It was used for\u00a0diverse activities, such as hospitality, banking,\u00a0social clubs.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u5efa\u4e8e<\/strong>1914<\/strong>\u5e74\uff0c\u4e1c\u65b9\u835f\u8403\u827a\u672f\u5b66\u9662\u6240\u5728\u7684\u6587\u7269\u5efa\u7b51\u662f\u5df4\u9ece\u7f8e\u9662\u4f53\u7cfb\u5efa\u7b51\u98ce\u683c\u7684\u6770\u51fa\u5178\u8303\uff0c\u5c06\u5bf9\u79f0\u3001\u5e73\u9876\u3001\u58c1\u67f1\u548c\u5c71\u5899\u7b49\u53e4\u5178\u7279\u8272\u4e0e\u94a2\u7b4b\u6df7\u51dd\u571f\u7b49\u65b0\u6750\u6599\u548c\u5efa\u7b51\u6280\u672f\u76f8\u7ed3\u5408\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u4e3a\u4e86\u4f7f\u5176\u4f18\u96c5\u800c\u5b9e\u7528\uff0c\u5efa\u7b51\u4f7f\u7528\u4e86\u9ad8\u8d35\u7684\u6750\u6599\uff1a\u73bb\u7483\u95e8\u3001\u786c\u6728\u7a97\u6846\u3001\u786c\u6728\u5730\u677f\uff0c\u4ee5\u5f69\u8272\u74f7\u7816\u62fc\u8d34\u6210\u51e0\u4f55\u56fe\u6848\u94fa\u5c31\u7684\u96c5\u81f4\u5730\u677f\uff0c\u5e26\u6709\u9ed1\u8272\u7ef4\u591a\u5229\u4e9a\u5f0f\u94c1\u680f\u6746\u7684\u7ecf\u5178\u5927\u697c\u68af\uff0c\u8fd8\u6709\u5b8f\u4f1f\u5bbd\u9614\u7684\u9732\u53f0\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca<\/strong>60<\/strong>\u591a\u4e2a\u7528\u786c\u6728\u548c\u9a6c\u8d5b\u514b\u70df\u56f1\u6846\u67b6\u88c5\u9970\u7684\u58c1\u7089\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u8fd9\u5ea7\u6587\u7269\u5efa\u7b51\u7531\u5370\u5ea6\u5e15\u897f\u4eba\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u9a6c\u6587\u6cbb\u51fa\u8d44\u3001\u5e76\u7531\u5f53\u65f6\u5728\u6c99\u9762\u5f88\u6709\u540d\u6c14\u7684\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\u5efa\u7b51\u5e08\u4e8b\u52a1\u6240\u6cbb\u5e73\u6d0b\u884c\u5efa\u9020\u3002\u636e\u8bf4\uff0c\u9a6c\u6587\u6cbb\u662f\u4ee5\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u540d\u5b57\u4e3a\u8fd9\u5ea7\u5efa\u7b51\u547d\u540d\u3002<\/strong> \u5982\u4eca\uff0c\u4eba\u4eec\u4ecd\u7136\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u6b63\u95e8\u5165\u53e3\u5904\u7684\u4e00\u5757\u6728\u677f\u4e0a\u8bfb\u5230<\/strong> \u201c<\/strong>\u9a6c\u6587\u6cbb\u5927\u697c<\/strong> \u201d<\/strong>\u7684\u5b57\u6837\u3002\u591a\u5e74\u6765\uff0c\u8fd9\u5ea7\u5efa\u7b51\u7528\u9014\u4e0d\u4e00\uff0c\u66fe\u7528\u4f5c\u9152\u5e97\u3001\u94f6\u884c\u3001\u793e\u4ea4\u4ff1\u4e50\u90e8\u7b49\u3002<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
