<\/div><\/div>[vc_column_text]Our building\u00a0is located in\u00a0the heart of Guangzhou, on the\u00a0artificial island of\u00a0Shamian, where was implanted, as the city\u00a0became one of the few Treaty Ports in China, the French-British\u00a0concession. By the early 20th\u00a0century, more\u00a0 than \u00a0150\u00a0European-style buildings rose, serving different purposes as\u00a0consulates, churches, banks, postal offices, telegraph offices,\u00a0commercial firms, hospitals and hotels.\u200b<\/strong><\/p>\n

More than a temporary trading post,\u00a0Shamian\u00a0is part of the long\u00a0history of exchanges between East and West: the history of the\u00a0Silk Roads, and subsequently of global world trade. Not so well\u00a0known as Shanghai Western concession area,\u00a0Shamian\u00a0island\u00a0is yet an exceptional witness of a period of great historical\u00a0significance in China; that is, through trade, a moment of\u00a0intense cultural exchanges and emulation.\u200b<\/strong><\/p>\n

In 1996, the architectural complex of\u00a0Shamian\u00a0was listed by the\u00a0State Council as a \u201cProtected National Key Cultural Relic\u201d.\u200b<\/strong><\/p>\n

Since the beginning of the 21st\u00a0century, Guangzhou Municipality\u00a0has been promoting the island as a hub for touristic and\u00a0cultural activities and encouraging the restoration and adaptive\u00a0reuse of Heritage buildings.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u4e1c\u65b9\u835f\u8403\u827a\u672f\u5b66\u9662\u4f4d\u4e8e\u5e7f\u5dde\u5e02\u6c99\u9762\u4eba\u5de5\u5c9b\u4e0a\u7684\u4e00\u5ea7\u6587\u7269\u5efa\u7b51\u5185\u3002<\/strong>19<\/strong>\u4e16\u7eaa\u4e2d\u671f\uff0c\u5e7f\u5dde\u662f\u4e2d\u56fd\u4e3a\u6570\u4e0d\u591a\u7684\u6761\u7ea6\u6e2f\u53e3\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u6c99\u9762\u4e5f\u5728\u5f7c\u65f6\u6210\u4e3a\u82f1\u6cd5\u79df\u754c\uff0c\u88ab\u5f00\u53d1\u6210\u4eba\u5de5\u5c9b\u3002\u76f4\u5230<\/strong>20<\/strong>\u4e16\u7eaa\u521d\uff0c<\/strong>150<\/strong>\u591a\u5ea7\u6b27\u5f0f\u5efa\u7b51\u5728\u6c99\u9762\u62d4\u5730\u800c\u8d77\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5efa\u7b51\u7528\u9014\u5404\u5f02\uff0c\u6709\u9886\u4e8b\u9986\u3001\u6559\u5802\u3001\u94f6\u884c\u3001\u90ae\u5c40\u3001\u7535\u62a5\u5c40\u3001\u5546\u4e1a\u516c\u53f8\u3001\u533b\u9662\u548c\u9152\u5e97\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u6c99\u9762\u4e0d\u4ec5\u4ec5\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e34\u65f6\u8d38\u6613\u7ad9\uff0c\u5b83\u8fd8\u662f\u4e1c\u897f\u65b9\u60a0\u4e45\u4ea4\u6d41\u5386\u53f2\u7684\u89c1\u8bc1\uff1a\u4e1d\u7ef8\u4e4b\u8def\u7684\u5386\u53f2\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u968f\u540e\u7684\u5168\u7403\u8d38\u6613\u53f2\u3002\u4e0e\u4e0a\u6d77\u7684\u897f\u65b9\u79df\u754c\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0c\u6c99\u9762\u5e76\u4e0d\u90a3\u4e48\u4e3a\u4eba\u719f\u77e5\uff0c\u4f46\u5b83\u5374\u89c1\u8bc1\u4e86\u4e2d\u56fd\u4e00\u6bb5\u5177\u6709\u91cd\u5927\u5386\u53f2\u610f\u4e49\u7684\u65f6\u671f\uff0c\u5373\u901a\u8fc7\u8d38\u6613\uff0c\u6587\u5316\u4ea4\u6d41\u548c\u6548\u4eff\u7684\u8fbe\u5230\u4e86\u9ad8\u5cf0\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n

1996<\/strong>\u5e74\uff0c\u6c99\u9762\u5efa\u7b51\u7fa4\u88ab\u4e2d\u534e\u4eba\u6c11\u5171\u548c\u56fd\u56fd\u52a1\u9662\u5217\u4e3a<\/strong> \u201c<\/strong>\u5168\u56fd\u91cd\u70b9\u6587\u7269\u4fdd\u62a4\u5355\u4f4d<\/strong>\u201d<\/strong>\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n
