Christopher Chan 陈国维
Christopher is an experienced Manager with a long history of working in the hospitality industry. He has studied International Hospitality & Tourism Management in Bournemouth University UK (B.A.) and Hotel Management in IHTTI Switzerland (AdvDip). Christopher is skilled in Research & Development, negotiation, budgeting, people development and customer service. He has successfully open several high-range restaurant in Hong Kong.
Chris 在餐饮行业工作多年，经验丰富。他毕业于英国伯恩茅斯大学国际酒店与旅游管理专业（学士学位），并获得瑞士 IHTTI 酒店管理学院酒店管理高级文凭。Chris 精通研发、业务磋商、预算制定、人员发展和客户服务。他曾在香港成功开设多家高级餐厅。
Serena Zhong 钟晓然
Head of Administration & Operations 行政运营经理
Serena studied Organisation and Human Resources Management in Hong Kong University (PGDip) and Financial Management at Guangdong University of Foreign Studies (B.D.). She has more than ten years’ working experience of management in international schools, being a founding member of the schools, and a member of Child Protection Committee, CIS Evaluation Steering Committee, and Wellbeing Committee. Serena worked with a culturally diverse staff, and speaks English, Mandarin, Cantonese and a little Japanese.
Serena 毕业于广东外语外贸大学财务管理专业（学士学位），并获得香港大学组织与人力资源管理研究生文凭。 她拥有十多年的国际学校管理经验，曾是学校的创始成员之一，也曾担任学校儿儿童保护委员会、CIS 评估指导委员会和福利委员会的成员。Serena 与不同文化背景的员工共事，掌握英语、普通话、粤语和少许日语。
