2025年8月28日，AIO国际艺术教育中心成功举办了“Clay & Paint – Shamian・粘土塑痕画沙面” Workshop。
On August 28, 2025, AIO International Art Education hosted the “Clay & Paint – Shamian” Workshop.
本次课程以沙面岛独特的中西合璧建筑为灵感，学员们从平面装饰纹样出发，深入探索粘土浮雕的创作过程。沙面建筑的装饰图案融合了自然元素、几何形态与文化符号，既展现了细腻的雕刻技艺，又传递了深厚的文化寓意。通过对二维图案的观察与立体化转化，学员们在实践中更直观地理解了沙面建筑装饰的结构特点与造型规律。二维到三维的再造过程，不仅锻炼了他们的动手能力和空间思维，也让他们认识到纹样在不同维度中的表现差异，从而掌握了将传统装饰元素应用于现代创作的具体方法。
Inspired by the island’s unique East-meets-West architecture, participants explored the process of creating clay reliefs based on decorative motifs from the historical buildings.These patterns—blending natural elements, geometry, and cultural symbols—served as a bridge from 2D sketching to 3D sculpting. Through this transformation, artists gained hands-on insight into structural design and spatial thinking, while learning to adapt traditional ornamentation into contemporary artistic practice.
课堂开始，导师带领学员走进沙面的建筑细节，抽取具有代表性的装饰纹样进行观察与分析。随后，学员们在纸上描摹图案，逐步进入创作状态。
The session began with an instructor-guided tour of Shamian’s architectural details. They observed and analyzed iconic decorative patterns, which students then sketched on paper, easing into a creative mindset.
实践环节中，大家使用石塑粘土塑形，将二维纹样“转化”为立体浮雕，并通过丙烯上色和亮油处理，为作品赋予独特的质感与视觉效果。课堂气氛活跃，学员们一边交流灵感，一边动手完成属于自己的原创作品。
During the hands-on session, everyone shaped stone clay to transform 2D sketches into raised relief works, then enhanced them with acrylics and varnish for unique texture and depth. The room buzzed with ideas as participants shared inspiration while crafting their original pieces.
经过一上午的专注与创作，每位学员都完成了一件兼具个人风格与文化内涵的作品。作品不仅再现了沙面建筑的装饰之美，更展现了学员们在观察、塑形与色彩表现上的创意突破。
After a morning of creation, each artist completed a unique work reflecting both personal style and cultural depth—showcasing their creative breakthroughs in observation, form, and color.
课程最后，学员们进行了作品分享与合影留念，用画面和笑容记录下这次难忘的艺术体验。
The workshop concluded with a lively sharing session and group photos, capturing the pride and joy of their artistic achievement.
